Miami, US

Sr Customer Succes Manager

  • Build relationships with assigned customers, continually wow them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Provide proactive strategy to all assigned accounts
  • Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging ClearSale effectively in their fight against fraud.
  • Become an expert in eCommerce fraud and educate customers on the use and benefits of using ClearSale in their fight against fraud.
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews; Comfortable presenting information to anyone from a Fraud Analyst to a Senior and/or Executive level customer contact.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes.
  • Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewals.
  • Some travel may be needed.


Fraud Analyst

90% of the Workload:
  • Analyze and decide the approval of Card-Not- Present Transactions through Clear Sale’s Fraud Application to minimize fraud losses to Clear Sale’s clients, while maximizing acceptance rates
  • Analyze groups of orders in search of fraud patterns and/or approvable patterns through our proprietary system
  • Identify shopping behaviors that may pose a future risk to our clients
  • Contact the final customer for validation whenever potential fraud is found
  • Achieve monthly individual and team-based targeted performance goals
Secondary Responsibilities (10% of the Workload):
  • Perform back-office functions related to other areas of the company
  • Be aware of opportunities for improvement in the company’s procedures and applications
  • Assist other Fraud Analysts in the execution of their responsibilities when required
  • Search for Additional Data Sources that may be useful for Fraud Prevention
